Weeks two and three, they get access to a beta version. They use it in their real workflow, with real data. When something doesn’t work the way they expect, they tell us. This is training, but it doesn’t feel like training. It feels like giving feedback on something being built for you.
By week four, the system is live and people are already comfortable. There’s no “rollout day” anxiety because the rollout happened gradually.
